• Communications: Messages you send to our support team or other users.
• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and referring URLs collected automatically when you use the platform.

2. How we use your data

• Process payments and send order confirmations and receipts.
• Track your learning progress and issue certificates of completion.
• Send transactional emails (password resets, enrollment confirmations, support replies).

4. Payments

All payments on Learnindie are processed by a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe). We do not store or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Your payment information is governed by the payment provider's privacy policy in addition to ours. We retain records of transactions (amount, date, course purchased) for billing and legal purposes.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

• Keep you logged in between sessions (essential cookies).
• Remember your preferences and settings.
• Understand how users navigate the platform (analytics cookies, e.g., via Google Analytics or a privacy-friendly alternative).

We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Learnindie account and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Children's privacy

Learnindie is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has registered on our platform, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Learnindie after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
